You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Most email receipts are received within fifteen minutes. If you do not immediately receive your receipt, please allow up to twenty-four hours for it to be delivered before contacting us. If you have not received your receipt, please also check your SPAM folder, as it may have been automatically stopped and moved into your SPAM or Junk Mail folder instead of being sent to your inbox.

At Party Bazaar we carefully inspect all products before posting them to you, however in the case where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown or don’t do as they’re supposed to, you can choose between a refund or an exchange.

You should notify Party Bazaar of any returns within 3 days of receiving your order and the goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in a re-sellable condition except of course where the item is being returned as faulty. Refunds will be made via direct deposit to either your credit card or bank account.

You can email Party Bazaar at admin@party bazaar.com.au and quote your order number, full name and details for the items you are wanting to return.
We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges for any 
merchandise that is sent back to us after 14 days, has been used, or is not in its original new condition except where an item is faulty.

If you live locally, you are also welcome to visit our store. You will need to provide a copy of proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items include:

  • Cosmetics / Makeup, eyelashes, facial hair, teeth, fangs, etc.
  • Hosiery
  • Perishables (e.g., food items such as candy)
  • Costumes
  • Undergarments
  • Wigs

Unfortunately we are unable to send to P.O. Boxes.

How do I change or cancel my order?2023-05-13T11:56:22+00:00

We aim to pack and ship your order within 48 hours. You will need to notify Party Bazaar within 24 hours for cancellation of changes to your order. If the order has not been packed or sent we will gladly make changes for you otherwise you will need to follow our returns procedures above.
